I did select online-only with the original install but had tried to change this. I also "unlinked" and "relinked" the account selecting Local. If I right click on a folder and choose "local" can I expect all subfolders and files inside that folder to be local or do I have to manually go through every subfolder and right click "local" everything? As of right now I'm still in "syncing" mode but I feel like the subfolders and files inside are not becoming "local".
I would think if the parent is local then all subfolders and files should be "local". What is the offical way this is suppose to work? So far I'm not impressed with this Smart-Sync feature I agree - for me, I didnt need to go into all the sub-folders.
I just had to make the main folder "local". That's right, if you change the status of the parent folder then this will apply for all of the files and subfolder that it contains.
